The Library Readers Association was officially founded by a group of passionate students who recognized the need for a dedicated space to celebrate literature and learning at Mahinda Rajapaksha College. This landmark moment marked the birth of a community dedicated to intellectual curiosity and future leadership.
Identity and Branding
The official identity of the association took shape under the creative vision of M.Thinuk Senitha. From initial pencil sketches to the polished final version, the logo was designed to symbolize the light of knowledge and the growth of the mind.
The Symbolic Badge
A crucial step in our identity, the official badge was meticulously designed by the Editorial Panel. It reflects our core values: Wisdom, Integrity, and the power of Knowledge, serving as a symbol of pride for every member.
Granthawalokana '26
A landmark moment in our history, Granthawalokana '26 brought together book lovers from across the school. The association proudly contributed over 1,000 books to the college library, significantly expanding its collection and impact.
Prathibabhisheka '26
Our official badge ceremony marked a prestigious milestone for the society. Members were proudly pinned with badges for the Chief Executive Panel, Secondary Executive Panel, and the Union of Grade Coordinators, celebrating their commitment to leadership.
